Clarke’s journey is also one of extraordinary resilience. Following a traumatic brain injury sustained in a serious automobile accident, she faced years of recovery and rehabilitation. Through determination and perseverance, she rebuilt her independence and transformed one of life’s greatest challenges into a new opportunity for growth and purpose.

As part of her return to the workforce, Clarke spent several years working within the manufacturing sector, gaining valuable experience in procurement, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, contract fulfillment, and logistics. This hands-on industry experience inspired the creation of Motoren Solutions and strengthened her commitment to helping organizations secure dependable, high-quality products and services.

Today, Clarke leads Motoren Solutions with a focus on operational excellence, supplier diversity, customer service, and long-term partnership development.
